Arrive55 Integration

The Arrive55 Integration is owned and built by a third-party developer (Treefrog Digital). For any questions, please contact support@treefrogdigital.com

To get started, you need to have an agreement in place with Arrive55. Contact them at raini@Arrive55.com to initiate the process. Once your account is created, Arrive55 will provide you with the winery name so you can add it to the installation setup on Commerce7.

How to manually send an order to Arrive55

Option 1 - Send orders to Arrive (Existing Method)

This method is recommended for orders that will be shipped as a single package

  1. Open the Order Detail page for the orders you want to ship
  2. Click More Actions
  3. Select Send Order to Arrive 55
    • This creates a single shipment for the order
    • The app automatically calculates the total number of items and the total shipment weight.
  4. After the shipment is created, click More Actions again.
  5. Select Print Arrive55 shipping label to generate the shipping label

  1. Once the order has been sent to Arrive55, its shipment details are available in the Arrive55 tab. You can also return to the Arrive app to view all orders that have been sent for shipment.

For each order, the following information is displayed:

  • Order # – The order number.
  • Date – The date the order was created.
  • Shipment # – The Arrive55 shipment number.
  • Tracking # – The shipment tracking number.
  • Customer – The customer's details.
  • Delivery – The customer's shipping address.
  • Status – The current shipment status, showing the order's progress from the time it is received by Arrive55 until it is delivered to the customer.
  • Channel – The sales channel where the order was placed.
  • Items – The total number of items included in the shipment.
  • Weight – The total shipment weight.
  • Total After Tip – The order total, including any tips.

Note: Arrive55 only operates in selected regions and cities. If you attempt to send an order to a location outside the supported service area, the shipment cannot be created, and the following error message is displayed.

Option 2 - Send orders to arrive with multiple shipments (New Method)

This method allows you to create multiple shipments for a single order.

  1. Open the Order Detail page for the orders you want to ship
  2. Click on the Arrive55 tab

  1. Click on Add Shipment.
    • A Shipment # is generated automatically.
    • Enter the number of bottles included in the shipment.
    • Enter the package weight.
    • Click Save
  2. Repeat the process until you have created all the required shipments for the order.

  1. Click the shipment you want to print a label for.

  1. Click Print Shipping Label. A PDF version of the shipping label will open in a new window, where it can be printed or downloaded.

Note: A new Void Shipment option is available for orders that already have a shipment and need to be canceled or split into multiple shipments. Use Void Shipment to cancel the existing shipment first. After the shipment has been voided, you can create the correct number of shipments using the new Create Shipment workflow.
