The TapMango integration allows the automation of Syncing Customers’ information from Commerce7 to TapMango through the API Key and uploads of CSV Files.
Wineries will be able to upload Sales Reports as well as Redemption Reports to Commerce7 from TapMango. And for new customers who register on Commerce7 they will be automatically sent to TapMango.

To get started, navigate to the app store in your Commerce7 admin panel and click on the TapMango app.
Before installing the application it will ask for an API KEY.
Add the Api Key on the field from the install app window then click Install.
Once installed the application will show up in your Store Menu Page from your admin panel.
Before you start using the TapMango integration, you must first head into Settings to configure some general settings in order for the automation of the app to work properly.
Once inside the TapMango window, you will see the app Main Menu below the App By field. Locate the Settings option and click on it.
Once in the Settings window, click on General.
Here you will need to configure the API Key and the Location. Prior to installing the app, it asks for an API Key, if you filled out the field at that moment, then you won’t need to configure the API Key in this step since it will already be filled out. (If the field is blank, refer to the How to Install Tap Mango section, to learn how to get your API Key)
Next for Location, select which location to use to import Customers into TapMango.
Once you have selected your option scroll down and click the Save button.
How the Customers option works
The first menu option available in the TapMango integrations is customers.
On this window, you will see a list of customers that have been sent to TapMango. Whenever a new customer registers in Commerce7 it will be automatically sent to your TapMango account.
To view the details of a customer, simply click on the customer line and it will take you to a new window with the client information.
Head into the Sales menu, once inside the window you will see a list of previously imported sales files.
To upload a new sales file, click on the blue button named Upload Sales.
Add a Title to your sales upload, then select choose file. Locate the file you wish to upload then click the Save button.
Remember to please upload the Tap Mango Customer Sales Report in a CSV file format no greater than 1MB in size.
Once your file has been upload you will see it listed in the Sale menu window.
How to upload TapMango Customer Redemption Report
Head into the Voucher menu, once inside the window you will see a list of previously imported sales files.
To upload a new voucher file, click on the blue button named Upload Vouchers.
Add a Title to your voucher upload, then select choose file. Locate the file you wish to upload then click the Save button.
Remember to please upload the Tap Mango Customer Redemption Report in a CSV file format no greater than 1MB in size.
Once your file has been upload you will see it listed in the Voucher menu window.
